Personalized establishment of care with determination of health goals

Review of medical history and current medications

Physical examination

Management of chronic and new conditions

Full coordination of care (lab studies, imaging, referrals, counseling & therapy)

Inclusion of all services offered by MYO Men’s Health (TRT, ED, or Sexual Health)
Fees & Continued Care
At MYO Men's Health, we strive to provide transparent pricing and continued support for your primary care needs. Our fees cover comprehensive services and ensure that you receive ongoing care tailored to your health goals. With our commitment to your well-being, we aim to empower you to prioritize your health and live life to the fullest.

$200 initial (enrollment) fee

$150 continuation of care (with refills of medications) fee every 3 months thereafter

$100 post-emergency department or hospitalization follow-up fee

$100 acute (new) condition visit

Visits to discuss studies ordered by MYO Men’s Health will not incur additional costs.
